MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Hustling around, gift buying and the smell of a cup of hot chocolate!! I love it all. I guess that it was a little passed due that I say howdy to you all. I have been down south this week visiting with my folks for Christmas! We had so much fun.

We had made a threat to my parents, that we did not want them buying any gifts for us this year. We are all in the ministry and in December the pocket book gets tight at times. Plus the real reason to celebrate is our savior and getting together with Family and friends that we all love so much. Drinking as much hot Chocolate that we can take. We were sort of proud of them. They still die stockings. Which is HUGE in our family. I can't say that I was not glad that they did not do this. I am still a kid at heart! HA! Plus they gave us all some money. Mind you that they do this and gifts every year! So we got them to hold off a little I guess. We will still be working on this.

The funny part was how creative that they got. They wrapped up things that we had when we were at home that we had failed, meant to, not take with us when we left. HA! I unwrapped and had to bring home all of my medals that I had won in all kinds of competions. A volleyball that was in a glass case from my senior year signed by all of my team mates, and a box of dolls. YEE HAW!! I will try and not let Tyler play with the dolls. This made us laugh and have a good ole' time!! We all were upset at first when they were handing us gifts because they were not to buy us anything. Then we really were upset when we saw what was in there and knew that we had to take all this home!! What a good time. Thank you mom and dad!! Merry Christmas! We love you!

This time of year is so wonderful. Remembering what happen on that Silent Holy Night of nights! He came to be born so that He would one day die to give us life! WOW! What a Savior that we serve! We loving doing this as I share with you all the time. What an honor that the Lord would choose us to do service for Him!! We have an awesome responsibility to fulfill. I pray that we do so much more abundantly in the new year to come.

Thank you for your prayers and support to us. We hope and pray that you all have a great Christmas and a very blessed New Year!!
