THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!!!

I guess that Dorothy from the " Wizard of Oz" was right when she said that phrase. We are so excited to have been a part in such great meetings and seeing 63 people come to know the Lord!! I am so glad the the Lord let us be used and a part of such a GREAT 10 trip. However, we are VERY glad to be home and in the area for a while.

The Lord was SO good to us. God's people took really good care of us and the meetings were FANTASTIC!!! It is always a good sign of a good meeting when you are just singing a congregational and some one comes down the aisle and excepts the Lord as there Saviour!! What a joy!!

Mark went turkey hunting yesterday while Tyler and I did all the errands and had a little fun on the side. I went to the P.O. , groceries and then we were headed to Walmart. Since I went to about 3 stores before Walmart he kept saying" WALMART!" So I decided that I would go right then after the 3rd store just so that he would stop saying it! HA!

So I got him a slice of pizza from his favorite place" Little Ceasers" or as he says it " The pizza guy". And he said that he wanted a " pizza, pizza" for a piece of pizza. Life with him everyday is such an adventure. He is SO much fun! Then we headed to Walmart. He was so excited because I told him that I had lots of quarters and that he could ride the elephant "Dumbo", and the pig or ( piggy) as he says, "Pumba". He was good in the store and then at the check out he spotted " the rides". He could not contain himself. So I let him ride them both 2 times and played one game. He thought that this was the adventure of his life. It is the little things that we have fun in together.

Today Mark has to go work at the studio in Lansing MI. and I have just a little bit of work to do around here. So I am trying to think of something that Tyler and I could do for cheap and fun!! I will let you know soon.

Thank you for your prayers and support. As you have read you too are a BIG part when you pray. The Lord is using us for some reason and I am glad that HE is!! Thanks and keep checking back for more adventures with, " Andrea and Tyler!"

God Bless,
Andrea

Our God is an AWESOME God!!!

What a joy that it has been here on our trip in North Carolina. We have had wonderful meetings and have been with some wonderful people. We saw the alters full at the meeting at Benson Grove Baptist, Sunday through Tuesday. There was also 3 people saved!!Then tonight we were at Central Baptist in Dunn North Carolina. What a good service that we had there. The people were great and they seemed to enjoy the service. Tyler came up and did his song with us at the end and as always he was a BIG hit!! He steals the show. But that is o.k. I am SO glad that we have him to steal the show!!PTL!

We have tomorrow off but we have to drive 3 and a half hours to the next meeting. We will then get settled there and start a 2 day teen
meeting Friday. Sunday we are doing 3 different churches, we will have to let you know how that all works out. We then plan to drive a few hours so that we do not have so long to drive home on Monday. We COVET your prayers. Especially for Sunday. Pray that we can stay awake and arrive to our motel safely.

Tyler has been enjoying the motel here. He has played in the tub, (with no water) all week. He thinks that it is funny. Of course he played in there with water too. I did make him take real baths! He adjust so well wherever he is . I guess that he knows the old saying and doesn't know he does, " Home is where you hang your hat." This is what he does. I love that little boy SO much. He truly is a joy!!!

It is getting late 11:40 p.m. and I still have 2 loads of clothes in the laundry here at the motel. I thought that I should do them tonight so that I was caught up for in the morning when we leave.

Thank you for your prayers and we will talk to you real soon. May the Lord bless you all as you serve Him. See ya!!

Because of Him,
Andrea

Gone again!!

As you can read from the front of the website, we are gone again! I am sitting in the motel where we are doing our meeting through Thursday right now. I already have everything put away to basically live for the next 5 days and have our clothes already for in the Sunday services.

Tyler did so well with the 13 hours in the car. We split it up into 2 days but today he was out of his car seat a total of 5 minutes with the 6 hours that we drove today! God BLESSED us with a GREAT traveling buddy.

He has been so funny though since we got to the motel. He has run around like a chicken with his head off. He is starting to wind down( thank the Lord) and I think that he will drop in about a hour. He has only slept about 45 minutes today. He is still my 2 to 3 hour napper! I like that part for sure!

Pray that the Lord will use us to be a blessing to the churches that the He has us in on this trip. We are looking forward to seeing and being with new people. Thank you for your prayers and support. It is GREATLY appreciated.

I was reminded again today just how awesome our Lord is. We were coming down the Virginia mountains, what a view!!! God has created such a wonderful place to enjoy while we are here serving Him. I can't imagine what heaven will be like, but I do know that it will be AWESOME!!

Gonna run. We did not get to set up our equipment tonight so we have to get up early( normal for us) but it will be a long day tomorrow.

Keep on serving the Lord for there is NOTHING greater. What a mighty God we serve.

HOME!!!

It has been good to be home for the past week. I kind of forgot how BIG my house can feel compared to the motor home. And just how nice of a house that the Lord has blessed us with. Make me appreciative all over again.

I have lots of work to do in the CD duplication room Thursday and pack for North Carolina. Today I have been getting the house tidy up and our clothes ready for tonight. We sing in Caro Michigan tonight.

Tyler is loving being at home. Or as I said in the past " me house" as he says. I hope that he will be o.k. with leaving again. Every time that I have had to run errands or go do something, all that he says while we are out is " we go home to me house and get our jammies on?" I think that he associates this with us not leaving when we get home.

He really does not have a choice but to go with us. Although I know that he will be fine and loves setting up the " ditars" ( guitars).

I did DVDs, demo packs and some CD work yesterday. I am sorry that I have not written for a few days. I could not get blogger to let me log on.

Thank you for your prayers and support to us. Pray that we will get everything done that we need to before leaving Friday morning. Mark's mom is watching Tyler for me Thursday so that I can work on Cd's and pack without having to stop and feed, change and entertain Tyler. What a blessing it is to have them close!!!PTL!!!

We will talk to you soon. At least before we go and hopefully I will be able to write to you along the trip as well. Thanks again and keep on serving our Lord!

Stuff, Stuff and MORE Stuff!!!

We made it home safe. Thanks to you and all your prayers for a safe return from our trip.

We arrived home Monday and I began to work! I worked about 4 hours unloading and cleaning in between. I like to bring in a load and put it away, right way. So that when I am finally done. I do not come into my house totally overwhelmed!

I finished up the rest Tuesday afternoon and then did all of my normal duties. Laundry, post office, bank groceries etc.

Today I have been cleaning toilets ( yeah!) my dresser drawers, showers etc. And back to reality...........CD'S!!!

Mark has had all kinds of odd jobs on his plate. We have not hardly stopped since we have been home.

Tyler was so much fun when we arrived home. He is SO happy to be in his house or as he would say," ME HOUSE". He knew where he was when we were on the road before our sub-division. We pulled down our street and he was saying " yeah, yeah, me house, yee haw!!! " This is truly my kid.

Thank you for your prayers. We have three dates while we are home and then we head to North Carolina. We will talk to you real soon. Thanks again and God bless you all. Have a great day!
